Do you like using a particular brand of chocolate for this recipe? I know some people that swear by Baker's and others that only use Ghiradelli. I know that it makes a difference in the flavor, but I am honestly fine with a dark Hershey's bar or the store brand squares of chocolate. I would save the fancier chocolate for a special dinner.
