Can I use something besides the almond extract in this recipe since I have a tree nut allergy in the home? Would it be better to leave the almond extract out instead? I think these little mason jar pie are so adorable. I think they make the perfect little party pies to have when you invite friends over for dinner. Everyone can get a dessert of their own.
