Triple Apple Dumplings Cobbler
You won't believe this recipe uses 12 apples in total for a fruit dessert that is out of this world. Triple Apple Dumplings Cobbler gets its name from using three different types of apples, and having a dumpling-like topping. Using three different types of apples might seem strange, but trust us when we say that it is definitely needed to achieve a balanced apple cobbler that is tart, sweet, crisp, and soft. When the dough bakes on top of this apple dessert, it will puff up and absorb all of that delicious cinnamon and sugar from the filling. Prepare to be blown away by this apple cobbler.

Do you have to use a variety of apples in the pie or is it okay to use one or two kinds? Also, I was wondering if this recipe would work with a little whole wheat flour and all-purpose? I love the fresh crust ingredients. They remind me of making pies with my grandmother when I was a little girl.
