Does it matter whether the orange juice has pulp in it or not? I'm assuming since you are using the zest that you do not have to worry about the pulp. I love that you put a pinch of salt in the recipe. I think that a touch of salt helps bring out the sweetness in the recipe. I love peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
