I see this recipe is originally from 2013, but kettle corn is still going strong today. I wish the videos that are included on the pages with the featured recipes would be actual videos for the recipe. Love the photos and props used. Gives me some good ideas for taking my own photos in the future. Kudos.

I love popcorn and even pride myself in my ability to make it in the microwave in a brown paper bag. I have to be honest though, my brown bag popcorn has nothing on the sweet, salty, buttery flavor of this Vintage Homemade Kettle Corn. It may take a little effort to make, and yeh you have to wash the pot, but believe me it is well worth it. Serve up a batch of this on game day and you will see what I'm talking about.

Does sugar substitute turn out fine in this recipe, or do you recommend sticking with plain sugar? I love that you chose to do kettle corn because it takes me back to the fair. We used to buy a big bag of hot popped kernels and snack on them while we waited for the demolition derby to start.
