You won't be able to get enough of "Oh My!" Banana Cream Pie Sex in a Pan. Really though. This no-bake dessert is so light and fluffy that it'll keep your mouth watering even after you've finished your slice.
Each piece is like a little slice of heaven. The base is made of graham cracker crumbs which is then covered with a Cool Whip and banana pudding mixture. The Cool Whip keeps all of the flavor of the pudding while also making it lighter and fluffier than normal pudding.
Then, once that layer has set, the dish is covered with fresh banana slices, more Cool Whip, a sweet caramel drizzle, and a dusting of graham cracker crumbs. This dessert is so easy to make, but will impress everyone you serve it to. It's a delicious anytime treat that you won't be able to stop craving. Although the name of the recipe may raise a few eyebrows, you and your friends are sure to love it.

Chilling Time3 hr
Cooking Vessel Size11 x 7-inch Baking Pan
Ingredients
- For the Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- For the Filling
- 2 (3.4-ounce) packages instant banana pudding
- 2 cups evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups (8-ounce tub) Cool Whip*
- For the Topping
- Banana slices
- 1 cup (1/2 of an 8-ounce tub) Cool Whip
- Caramel sauce**
- Graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, thoroughly mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Then, press the mixture into the bottom of an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Set aside.
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, milk, and cold water. With a hand mixer, beat the mixture for about two minutes. Then, let it stand for about one minute so that it firms up a little bit.
-
After one minute, fold two cups of Cool Whip into the pudding mixture. Mix (by hand) until the Cool Whip is totally combined. Then, pour this mixture on top of the graham cracker crust in your baking dish.
-
Refrigerate the dish until the pudding layer is firm. We let it sit overnight, but 3 hours should be enough time.
-
After the pudding has firmed up, slice one banana and place banana slices on top of pudding. Then, spread the additional cup of Cool Whip over the dessert, covering the banana slices completely.
-
When you're ready to serve, drizzle the dessert with caramel sauce and top it all of with a dusting of graham crackers.
Notes
*Instead of using two 8-oz. tubs of whipped topping, you can instead use a 12-oz. tub and split it between the filling and the topping.
**The refrigerated kind of caramel sauce, for drizzling on ice cream, works best.

Delicious AND easy to make? What could be better! We also made ours the previous day so it was beautifully set from being in the refrigerator overnight. We love fresh bananas so I want to try and make it using fresh bananas instead of the instant pudding but don't let that deter you from making this recipe - it's good!

Hello, just saw the Banana Cream Pie. I do have a question about the crust, It calls for 2Tbsp. of sugar, but it does not mention it in the directions? I take it you mix it in with the Graham Cracker Crumbs and Butter. Thanks so much it looks delicious and I can't wait too make this. )

Hi wyantjoann 6602352, Thank you for catching that! Yes, the sugar should be mixed into the other crust ingredients before being pressed into the pan. The recipe has now been updated to include the sugar in the instructions. Thanks!

Yum! It was so light and fluffy. I would like to have encountered more bananas, but other than that I loved it. The caramel really made it special.

I love banana flavored everything, so I really liked this cake. I might add a few more banana slices and use a little less Cool Whip in the future.

I loved this dessert! In the future, I might try making this with vanilla pudding instead of banana pudding, since it was super banana-y. I also sprinkled some extra graham cracker crumbs on top to give it extra texture! Yum!

This cake was so good, it's b-a-n-a-n-a-s! The graham cracker crust was perfect, and it was such a good idea to sprinkle some crumbles on top, too!

This is as good as it looks! I'm not a huge fan of banana-flavored anything, but this may just convert me. It's creamy and fluffy so that it feels light, but it still has rich flavor that you want from a dessert.

This dessert has an awesome texture! I love that slices of bananas are included, though I wish I had more than one banana slice in the piece I took! I also thought the banana flavoring was a bit much---less banana flavor and more banana slices are my thoughts. )

I'm not usually a fan of banana pudding, but I really liked this dessert. The graham crackers and whipped topping cut down on the banana flavor and made it so much better.

This dessert was AMAZING! I am a huge fan. I drizzled caramel sauce over my slice and it was the perfect extra touch. I also imagine that this dessert would work well with Nilla wafer cookies. I'll definitely be making this in the future! )
