Bruleed Banana Tart with Dulce De Leche and Pretzel Crust
"This Brûléed Banana Tart starts with a brown butter & pretzel crust filled with a silky oven made dulce de leche infused with a touch of espresso powder & vanilla beans. It’s then top with bananas flecked with cinnamon & pan fried in coconut oil until they are left glistening with a caramelized golden top. For added crunch, the bananas can be topped with a thin layer of caramelized sugar, created by placing the tart under a broiler or by the use of a propane or brûlée torch. Truly the ultimate in decadence."
