My mom is a huge cranberry fan. She loves to have a ton of cranberry sauce to put on her turkey at Thanksgiving. She will use it for sandwiches and make desserts with cranberries too. I think this dessert is one that she will find easy and tasty. What mixture do you add the cream to before adding the egg and sugar? I got a little lost in the instructions.
