Lemon Butter Cake
"Lemon pound cake made with condensed milk. This lemon butter cake is soft and spongy, what some people call ‘a wet cake’ in the best possible meaning. The lemon zest gives it fantastic flavour. It's made with condensed milk and flavoured with lemon zest."

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 150 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter, melted
- 125 grams condensed milk
- 100 milliliters lemon juice
- The zest of 2 lemons
- 275 grams all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- For the icing:
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- The zest of 1 lemon
- 25 milliliters lemon juice
