Such a sweet and easy recipe. Do you think I could use honey roasted peanuts instead of the walnuts in this recipe? I have a severe tree nut allergy in my home, and we all avoid the items she is allergic too. I love the sound of toffee crack. Toffee is one of my favorite flavors.
