Does the butter have to be chilled for this recipe? I love toffee, so I don't think there are enough variations for me to ever get tired of this treat. I could make this stuff for every party and holiday and still love it. Do you like it a lot?

I love this recipe for World's Best Butter Toffee! After reading the recipe I had to hit the print tab and save it to my computer. I have never seen a toffee recipe where you don't have to stand at the stove and stir for a hour while it cooks, and watch your candy thermometer. I love this on because you cover it and just let it cook. It says you have to love Wolfgang Puck, so I think he made this recipe. ? Any ways I will be making this one way before Christmas! Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.
