How can you make a delicious English toffee recipe even better? By making it into small, bite-sized pieces of course! Jolly Old English Toffee Bites has all of the flavors you love about traditional English toffee candy in smaller, more poppable pieces. A thick layer of milk chocolate sits atop an equally thick layer of toffee (which has already been poured over crunchy almonds). The treats are then topped off with a sprinkling of ground walnuts. These are the perfect anytime treat, but they make for an especially good holiday dessert recipe or edible gift.

Do you think I could use sunflower seeds and honey roasted peanuts in place of the almonds and walnuts in this recipe? I love the idea, but I have a real bad allergy in my home. We can use pumpkin seeds and peanuts, but not much else. Your recipe just sounds too tasty to pass up.
