Flourless recipes are the best, right? I love that you use no flour, but can you use sweeteners in this recipe in place of the sugar? I would love to turn this into a diabetic cupcake recipe if there was a way to adapt it. I know several people that would be ecstatic.

These look interesting to make. They look delicious too! I am assuming they are similar to brownies in texture due to the lack of flour? The espresso powder will give them a nice kick, and the cream cheese will make them nice and moist. I will need to add a few things to my next grocery order and give these a try!
