Do you like to put honey in these to give them a sweet kick, or would that make them too sticky? I love that you found a way to make healthy cookies. Cookie is not the treat you would put with healthy, but you made it work, and work brilliantly.

I love Oreo cookies. This recipe looks like such a fun twist on an old classic. Plus, you can never go wrong with a no-bake dessert.

The problem with these is, they wouldn't be healthy for me because I would eat 10x as many of them as I would Oreos! Oh well! )

I wouldn't call this a copycat: since they're not baked, they're much softer than real Oreos. But it is definitely a good, healthier alternative.

I've made these several times. They are a great, healthier substitute to Oreos.
