Chewy Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies have all of the flavor of regular chocolate chip cookies with none of the gluten. You don't pack the brown sugar in the cup since you are calling for just ten ounces, right? I love that you use the tapioca flour and the cornstarch to thicken this recipe up. I think it sounds so tasty. I can't wait to make it and see if it is as good as it looks.
