Could I use a sweetener instead of the cane sugar and the brown sugar in your recipe? I love the pancake idea, I just want to keep it as low-calorie as I can. I think these pancakes sound amazing for a fall morning when it is chilly. I bet the kids would love these as pancake batter for sausage dogs.
