- 1 egg
- 1 cup skim milk powder 50 mL
- 1 teaspoon salt 5 mL
- 1 cup packed brown sugar 50 mL
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 25 mL
- 3 cups whole wheat flour 175 mL
- 1 cup all-purpose flour or bread flour 425 mL
