Lemon Cream Tart
"This Lemon Cream Tart is actually quite easy to make. I used a standard pie dough this time, but I’ve also made this one with a graham cracker crust, too. Both work quite well. And the lemon filling itself is essentially lemon curd. It’s not hard at all to make! The hardest part is letting this tart chill in the fridge until it’s time to cut and serve it. If you're looking for a delicious and flavorful lemon dessert, then give this Lemon Cream Tart a shot!"

My friends at our quilting group LOVED this when we had it at our meeting today. I made it a day ahead of time (which is always a huge plus for me!) and served it with dollops of whipped fresh cream. They gobbled up every last crumb and several asked me for the recipe. A winner!!
