What could I use in place of the half and half in your recipe? I very seldom have it on hand. I do have cream cheese, but I am not sure that would work right in this dish. I could use sour cream, but would that overpower the peaches? I love that you chose to use fresh peaches.

I'm not usually a fan of peach cobbler, but this recipe looks so tempting I think I'll try it.
