Spiced Bourbon Apple Pie
Spiced Bourbon Apple Pie is sure to keep you warm on those crisp autumn days. The two tablespoons of spiced bourbon really make this the best apple pie you will ever taste. When baked, the bourbon loses that strong alcohol taste and instead flavors the pie with hints of caramel, warm oak, and vanilla. These flavors perfectly complement the crisp sliced apples and chopped pecans. Serve with a scoop (or two) of ice cream and enjoy.

This recipe is not your grandma's apple pie, is it? I love that you added bourbon and made this recipe unique all on its own. Do you pack the brown sugar in the measuring cup, or do you just scoop it like white sugar when you measure? My grandma always packed her sugar before adding it to the mixing bowl.

This looks so good. I love the idea of adding bourbon to a spiced apple dessert. The sweet-and-spicy flavors are a match made in heaven.
