Oh my! These muffins look absolutely delicious. I love the strudel topping. Do you ever use any peanuts or anything else in the topping to make it super crunchy? I think some honey roasted peanuts would taste great with your recipe. I bet a little caramel sauce and whipped cream or ice cream would work so well too.
