There are few pie recipes that are as wonderful as Caramel Apple Skillet Pie. Tender apples swim in a cinnamon-spiced caramel filling and are encased in a delicious, spiked homemade pie dough. Irish whiskey adds just the right amount of flavor to the pie dough, making it blend well with the filling. Don't worry about using whiskey in this recipe because the alcohol will bake right out. This would be perfect for fall holidays or just a crisp fall evening.

404 error is what I get when I click on the link. I am not sure if it was removed due to language or if it is an old link. Do you have an updated version for this recipe? I love caramel apple pie. I was hoping to use this in my cast iron skillet to see if we liked it or not.
