Can you use the pumpkin pie mix instead of the pumpkin and adding the spices, or are the measurements different? I love pumpkin pie no matter what season it is, but my family would rather have it only at Thanksgiving. This recipe gives me the chance to make the dish when I want to taste pumpkin instead of waiting all year long.
