Can I use a different extract like vanilla in place of the almond extract in your recipe? I think these little pies are adorable. The way you cut the pie crust to make the little lattice jobs because they are so tiny and adorable. They remind me of miniature furniture and doll decorations for little doll houses.

These look so cute! I will have to try to make these. I wonder if you can freeze some of these pies to eat later?

I am so happy to find the recipe for the Mini Muffin Tin Raspberry Pies. We grow raspberries and jam is getting boring, it will be nice to make pies with them that are just the right size for all who wants a small treat. I had to laugh a few time while reading the recipe with the story. I have not ever greased my pie tins before, but after reading this I will start. LOL What a great read with this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.
