Do you put the rum on ice to get it cold, or is it okay to put the bottle in the freezer overnight? I know it won't freeze, but it will get it super cold if I leave it in there all night. I love that you use a little alcohol in the coconut pie to make it something that only adults can have on a special night. I have a few parties I can think of that I want to bring it to already.

I think this would be my dad's new favorite dessert. I should make it for our next family get-together!

This Fluffy Coconut Cream Pie sounds so yummy! The crust part of the recipe calls for you to foil line your crust and fill with beans or ceramic pie weights. I don't like to use the pie weights so I line my crust with foil then put another pie pan in the pie, and bake. I love custard pies and this one just sounds so good I have to try it.
