Can you use a mix of white and wheat flour in this recipe, or do you have to use all white flour to get the consistency right? I love that you made a glaze to go on these hand pies. Some of the recipes I find do not have a glaze, just the filling and the pastry. I think yours will be delicious with a cup of coffee or some milk.
