I like that you took out the apple and used pumpkin for this recipe. I have seen several pasty recipes, but none for pumpkin. Now I wish it were fall so that I could make a big batch of these pies. Do you use white or brown sugar in this recipe? I love using brown sugar, but I think most of these dishes call for granulated sugar.
