These Blueberry Egg Rolls take a popular Chinese side dish and completely transforms it into a delicious dessert recipe. Seriously, these sweets taste like a blueberry pie but better! Sweet blueberry pie filling is encased in a flaky and crispy egg roll wrap and fried to perfection. Serve these blueberry desserts warm and covered with sweet powdered sugar, along with a bit of vanilla ice cream on top, to make them taste as great as possible.

Oh my, what a delicious looking egg roll. I am so happy to see this idea because egg rolls are so crispy and light when they are fried, right? I bet these blueberry rolls are just delicious. I can see making a huge plate of these rolls for the family. I know they will be a big hit for sure.
