-
Line a 12-inch round pizza pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
-
Add the butter, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla.
-
Cream the ingredients together until they’re smooth and fluffy.
-
Add the egg and beat again until well combined.
-
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda to mix and remove any lumps.
-
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until combined.
-
Stir in the chocolate chips.
-
Spread the cookie dough into the prepared pan, leaving about ½ inch around the edges so the cookie can room to spread.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
-
Remove the cookie from the oven and move it to a wire rack to cool.
-
While your cookie cools, start making your frosting by beating the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
-
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat again until smooth.
-
Fold in the whipped topping with a rubber spatula just until mixed.
-
Spread the frosting evenly onto the cooled cookie crust.
-
Top with your favorite candies and toppings and serve immediately!
