Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Birthday Cake
"A Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Birthday Cake worthy of any celebration! Layers of dark chocolate ganache and homemade caramel sauce alternate between each of the six layers in this rich dark chocolate cake. The cakes are baked in three six inch pans, then sliced in half with a cake leveler to form six layers. The cake is finished with a vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with some of the best fruit that late summer and early fall have to offer: champagne grapes, blackberries, blueberries, and fresh figs."
