I always have a stock pile of cake mixes in the pantry, and I love to doctor them up and make them my own. Banana cake is one of my favorite treats, and I have a few different recipes here on the blog that I like to make. But this easy banana cake using cake mix is faster and still uber delicious! "

- 16 1/4 ounces box white cake mix and ingredients on the back of the box
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- milk
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 1/3 ounces package banana cream instant pudding
- 1 cup milk
