White Chocolate & Peppermint Cupcakes

"We all know I'm not much of a baker, it's just not in my blood. Or maybe I don't have time. Or maybe I am an amazing pastry chef, but the talent lies hidden and undiscovered! Hah! Well, regardless - baking from scratch almost never happens around here. But I still love to make unique goodies for friends and family, so one of my favorite things to do is cheer up a box cake mix. They make the perfect base (no weighing or measuring!) and you can do so much with a little ingenuity!"
