It is still winter here in Southern Africa but we have a secret stash of strawberries in our freezer left over from the large crop in our garden last summer! Admittedly I had to Goooogle half and half (not a thing here in Africa) but the rest was as easy as pie, lol! This No Bake Strawberry Lasagna is so delicious that we have all had seconds and, even so, are still licking our lips and wondering if we could possibly manage another mouthful.
