    Pumpkin Pie Lasagna

Pumpkin Pie Lasagna has layers upon layers of pumpkin goodness. It's a no bake dessert recipe that uses Cool Whip as one of its ingredients. Graham crackers, whipped cream, and a creamy homemade pumpkin mousse layer together in a springform pan. If you don't have a springform pan, you can always use a casserole dish. Just layer the ingredients and let the dessert chill in your refrigerator for a few hours. It tastes best when served cold, so don't take it out of the fridge until after dinner. Because there's no baking involved, this recipe is super easy to make, and it will quickly become one of your favorite fall dessert recipes.

    Notes

After looking for some no-bake recipes to make in the fall, I decided to try some layered icebox cakes using a pumpkin mousse. One of my favorite weight watcher recipes is a pumpkin fluff and that was the inspiration behind the filling. Once I built it in the springform pan and peeled away the edges, I knew I had something special!

I was a little wary about the chocolate chips because I don't know how they'd taste with everything else, but they were great! I enjoyed this dessert a lot, and I'm not even a bit pumpkin person. However, I will say that a little goes a long way. I'd probably take a slightly smaller piece next time.

The juxtaposition of the crunchy chocolate chips worked quite nicely with the creaminess of the pumpkin and Cool Whip. This is a great use of canned pumpkin - I love the mousse in this recipe!

Wow! This dessert is off the charts! I enjoyed the subtle pumpkin flavor. It was creamy, but there was still a little crunch from the chocolate chips. I would definitely make this again.

I'm considering making this for Thanksgiving this year because it's so good! This is way easier than traditional pumpkin pie and it looks very impressive once it's done. I love the creamy layers and the chocolate chips on top are a nice touch.

Oh my gosh, it's like the pumpkin spice version of eclair cake, which is my fav! So goooood

Loved this! The graham cracker layers are a great idea. They kept the dessert from getting too messy and made it taste almost like a cake.

I would definitely make it again.

I could die. This is one of the greatest desserts I've ever had. If I'm dreaming, please don't wake me up.

Sweet! Dessert lasagnas are so good and I'm sure this one is as well.

Pumpkin and cool whip is one of the most heavenly combinations on earth. Count me in!

Now THIS is the ultimate fall recipe! I love to throw pumpkin into anything I can that time of year
