When the summer air seems to be getting just a little bit too hot, cool down with some Homemade Freeze Pops. This easy no-bake dessert uses healthy yet delicious ingredients such as plain yogurt and an abundance of fresh fruit. All you have to do is blend everything together, pour the mixture into zip-top bags, and then freeze the bags for about 4 hours. Once they're ready, just snip off the top of the bag and enjoy.
