What is cookie butter? I don't think I have ever heard of it before now. I think your recipe looks amazing. I can't believe it only has the two ingredients. I know that this would be a great treat when I am in a huge hurry. I love to have something sweet after dinner, so I can make this up on the weekend and have a little treat each night if I want. Or I can plan it for a party and have it out for the guests to snack on while I make dinner.
