Liven up your Independence Day celebrations with Festive Sparkler Cookies. These make for the perfect 4th of July dessert because of their fun colors and the fact that they're simple to make. All you need to do is make the dough, sprinkle colored sugar on top, roll the dough into a log, and then slice the log into cookies.
