How long are you supposed to cook the sugar and water to make your corn syrup? Do you boil it for so many minutes or wait for it to condense down and solidify? I can use this ingredient for a lot of recipes this summer. Having a way to make it at home when I run out of the store-bought is a great way to keep making desserts.
