I cant believe something that looks as delicious as these could be healthy well at least low in sugar anyway. I am always looking for healthier options for treats so this is most definitely my cup of tea and I think they will be my partners too. I am looking forward to trying these at the weekend.

How much fat content is in this recipe? I love that you use the Splenda to make it low-carb, but the amount of coconut oil worries me. I know that it has a lot of good fats in it, but too much of a good thing can be bad too.

These were super good, and nice and easy to make, but kinda impractical. I don't usually buy protein powder. Maybe I'll try more recipes with that ingredient.

I'm a sucker for a good scotcharoo cookie, and these were seriously delicious. Hands down, one of the BEST recipes I've ever tried. Texture and flavors were spot on AND it's low-carb? I couldn't even tell the difference. 5 stars!
