Do you think that soy milk would work out good in this recipe? We have a tree nut allergy in our house and we cannot use the almond milk. I can use any other kind of milk. I like that you chose peach as the fruit. I think it goes so well in desserts for the summer. I love the refreshing taste of peaches.
