Amazing Strawberries And Cream Stuffed French Toast

My strawberry stuffed french toast is one of my favorite’s for breakfast. It’s the quick-and-easy version of my loaded Cream Cheese and Strawberry Stuffed French Toast recipe and it is absolutely delicious! Every time I make this stuffed french toast, it brings back the sweetest memories of my family on Saturday mornings gathered in the kitchen making breakfast together. As soon as my kids heard the crack of the eggs they’d run to push a stool next to me to help. Oh, how I treasure these memories! This creamy strawberry stuffed french toast is a great recipe to make with your kids because it’s interactive and fun without being too tricky!"

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 8 slices Bread
- Strawberries
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Milk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg

First, make the batter by adding the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a bowl.

Whisk together the batter until combined and set it aside.

Next, cut the crust of each of the pieces of bread.

Take a rolling pin and roll over the pieces of bread to flatten them.

Take the mascarpone cheese and spread a thin layer on each slice of bread.

Layer on some sliced strawberries and roll up the bread to make a spiral. Pinch the ends to keep the filling inside of the french toast.

Set the rolled pieces of bread aside and grab your batter as well as the cinnamon and sugar. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

Dip each french toast roll in the batter and place them on a hot, buttered griddle.

Cook the french toast until it’s golden brown all the way around.

Top each stuffed french toast with the cinnamon sugar to finish them off and enjoy!
