These look wonderful! Muffin tops are the best part of the muffin. I am going to have to pick up some blueberries and whip up a batch as soon as this heat wave ends. I bet this recipe would work great with raspberries or strawberries as well. Maybe even pineapple, and top with toasted coconut.
