What could be better than Blueberry Baked Donuts and a simple Lemon Glaze? I like to think of these Baked Donuts on the healthy side, a little yogurt, fresh blueberries and not fried but baked. They are also quick and easy to put together, and 10 minutes for baking means that you could even have them for breakfast!"

Ah yes. Another fresh blueberry dessert for my blueberry loving little niece. These Lemon Glazed Blueberry Baked Donuts are so easy to make, and the flavor combination of lemon and blueberry is absolutely divine. I also like just dusting them with powdered sugar, or a vanilla glaze. However you top them, these donuts are an absolutely delightful sweet treat.
