- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Apple
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Milk

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray or grease a 9×5 loaf pan and line with parchment paper, making sure that some extra parchment paper hangs over the sides.
