Oh my what can be said about this Cannoli Poke Cake? YUM!! I so want to make this cake but I do have a question, I have never heard of mascarpone cheese so where do I find it and what does it look like? I'm hoping it isn't to expensive and is there a different type of cheese I can use?? Ok I'll be waiting for answers and they I will bake up this yummy looking poke cake.
