Do you let the popcorn or the butter cool before adding the butter mixture? I know hot butter always melts my popcorn and ruining it, so I wasn't sure if it needed cooled first. I love that you made a unique flavor for the popcorn. I love the cheese or caramel, but who ever talks about cinnamon roll popcorn. I bet I will be from now on.
