Do you think peanuts would work well in your recipe too? We have a pecan allergy or tree nut allergy in our home. We have to use peanuts or sunflower seeds for recipes that call for tree nuts. I love that your recipe uses real maple syrup. I bet it makes all the difference in the popcorn.
