If I understand the recipe right, you put chocolate in the recipe three times? Once in the beginning before the oven, on top after the oven. Finally, a third time when you coat the half of the pretzel, right? I think your recipe sounds so yummy, but I have to say I have never thought of using peppermint as an accent. I do like the combination with the saltiness of the pretzel.
