Can you use a combination of whole wheat and white flour to make the pretzel mix? I want to use the whole wheat, but not to replace the regular flour, just to enhance the pretzel and make it a little meatier. I think I am going to use Granny Smith green apples to give this dish a tart layer or flavor.
