Heavenly Pink Grapefruit Cream Pie
If you're looking for a sweet and tangy dessert, look no further than Heavenly Pink Grapefruit Cream Pie. This easy pie recipe is a cross between a cream pie and a key lime pie. Grapefruit juice and zest give the pie filling its perfectly pink hue and its distinct flavor. The crust is made of sweet, crumbly graham cracker crumbs and keeps every bite of pie from being too overly sweet. Once the pie cools, decorate it with a bit of whipped cream or whipped topping, add a few slices of grapefruit, cut, and serve.

Do you like to use brown or white sugar in the crust for your pie? I like to use brown sugar the most because it has such a richer, deeper flavor profile. I love that you chose to use the pink grapefruit for a different option than the traditional cherry or apple pie. I remember my grandparents eating a half a grapefruit every morning with a cup of hot, weak tea and a couple slices of toast.
